![]() ![]() I do have the trailer as assy, but when i put this in to stress analysis only to have a result for the weight / support point, the calculation would be very complex and slow because all te parts in the assembly. I am not a dynamics and stress professional but it would be similar to calculating bending moments on a beam. You will need to know the total mass and c of g anyway. There is a computer program called trailer win which is designed to help with these sorts of problems. You would then run the simulation and then right click on a fixed constraint and look at the reaction forces. Put in gravity and create fixed constraints at the points you require. ![]() I assume you do not have this as an assy in inventor 2011.If you did you could put into stress analysis, ![]()
